Follow below mentioned steps to book an appointment: - 

1. Select Date and time slot available.

2. Login or Select "Skip Login process" button.

3. Enter Patient's Name, Email, Phone number, Address.

4. Click on Book button.

Confirmation message will be sent only to email id if the same is provided at the time of booking appointment.
